Experience
I received my Associates Degree in May 2013, I graduated with highest honors. I am a life long member of Phi Theta Kappa, which is an honor society. I am on the Dean's Honor Roll at NSU. I have recently completed modeling classes for Math, Reading, and Language Arts. I have interned at a middle school and will be starting my 2nd internship this semester. I have mastered a Robotics course, and a member of the National Honor Society. My grade point average is 3.8 and I recently passed the OGET test. I am preparing to take the Oklahoma Subjects Area Test (OSAT) this semester. I will graduate with honors next May and will be beginning my teaching career. I have had 24 credit hours of Special Education classes and have passed all with high A's. I love working with children and kids of all ages. I want to be a tutor so I can help motivate those who may be lagging behind. I want to help them to learn so they can be successful. I want to help them to be life long learners. I have over 10 years experience working with children/teenagers. I have been a substitute at our local school for over a year.

I have two daughters. I have been married for almost 19 years. I am excited about my new career I will be starting in just under a year. I am majoring in Special Education but will be certified to teach Kindergarten through the 8th grade. I will be certified up to the 12th grade with Special Education. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be. I want kids to have fun while learning. I want my students to be excited to learn and when they leave my class I want them to be eager to continue learning. I want to create life-long learners.
